Thank you for visiting the ICRD Group website (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by ICRD Group Holdings. You should not access or use this Site until you have carefully read and agreed to these terms and conditions of use (the "Terms"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not further access or use the Site.

Except as otherwise provided, you may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, modify, prepare derivative works from, delete, add to, license, post, transmit, or distribute any Content from this Site in whole or in part for any public or commercial purpose without the specific written permission of ICRD Group Holdings.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ICRD Group Holdings, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from, related to, or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your posting or transmission of materials on or through the Site, including any third-party claim that information or materials you provide infringe a third-party proprietary right.
General Information
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site. Your use of the Site may also be subject to applicable local, national, and international laws.
The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to ICRD Group Holdings or the Site must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arose.
The failure of ICRD Group Holdings to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without ICRD Group Holdings' express written consent. These Terms inure to the benefit of ICRD Group Holdings' successors, assigns, and licensees. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ICRD Group Holdings and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions applicable to certain parts of the Site.
